LANDSCAPE CONCEPT
This is the moment when the design comes to life. We bring to you our vision for the project using plans, imagery, plant pallets and anything else that allows you to see, feel and experience our vision for your garden.
This is a collaborative process, where your feedback is highly valued and incorporated into the design. We’ll work together to refine ideas and come up with a design that is unique and highly personalised to suit your needs.
Once the concept is approved, we move on to a thorough documentation phase, if necessary for your project.
-
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
This stage is dedicated to refining the design, finalising details, choosing materials and selecting plants. We provide you with a comprehensive set of construction plans, elevations, and specification documents, in preparation for the tender and construction process.
Lighting, irrigation and set-out plans are included as well as a detailed planting schedule that illustrates the plant layout, quantities and sizes.
This step can save you time and effort down the track and works to streamline the construction process. At the end of this stage, your project will be ready for tender!

PROPERTY MASTERPLAN
Masterplans provide a vision for the future and are a great first step when developing a rural property. They offer a general overview of the site and focus on the usability of the land and ongoing projects such as land management and revegetation.
We begin by evaluating the site and discussing your goals for the property, as well as how you plan to use and care for the land. We’ll identify top-priority jobs and develop a phasing and implementation schedule to get you started.
These plans typically earmark locations for dwellings or farm facilities and include elements such as windbreaks, water tank locations, fence lines, waterways, wetlands and dams.
-
TENDERING
After you have approved the design and the plans are finalised, it's time to begin the construction process.
If you're uncertain about where to start or just don't have the time or inclination to oversee the build we can guide you through the process. We’ll help you select the best landscape construction team for your project by collating and reviewing quotes from skilled contractors.
Our aim is to ensure you get the best outcome for the best price. By the end of this stage, you will have chosen your construction team and be ready to start building.
-
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In our experience, the best results are achieved when the designer is involved throughout the whole process, from planning through to construction.
We can oversee the construction of your garden by providing site support to the landscape team and act as the main contact for all landscaping queries.
We‘ll help manage unforeseen decisions on-site and make design changes where necessary.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the finished product and that the experience has been hassle-free.
-
PLANT SOURCING & SUPPLY
This is where the garden really starts to take shape.
We’ll source the best quality plants for your garden from our network of local growers and nurseries. This step involves gathering quotes, coordinating delivery and placing plants so it’s ready for you or the landscaper to plant.
The benefit of having us involved in the step is any necessary adjustments can be made on-site or prior to delivery without compromising the integrity of the design.
-
TOWN PLANNING
We will take care of preparing and submitting all necessary plans and documentation to local councils, should planning permits be required. This will be discussed at the initial consultation once we have an idea about the scope of works.
We’ll review any overlays that you have on your property and engage qualified consultants to assist with this process if outside our area of expertise.
-
ONGOING SUPPORT
Following planting, we’ll check in with you to see how your garden has settled in. We’ll assess the initial establishment and provide recommendations to ensure your garden continues to mature and thrive over time.
We can also discuss ongoing consulting and maintenance support with qualified, local contractors.
